Physical Standards & Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

  • Minimum Height : Male: 157 cms | Female: 152 cms. (Relaxation up to 5 cms for North-East / Gorkhas and up to 2 cms for Island residents).
  • Chest (Male Only) : Minimum chest circumference 77 cms with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.
  • Weight : Proportionate to height and age as per Indian Navy / Coast Guard medical regulations.
