- Candidates having Bachelor Degree in Law recognized by Bar Council of India with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH) from any recognized university / college will be considered for this post.

- Candidates having Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with 60% (55% for SC/ST) from any recognized university / college will be considered for this post, and 03 years of relevant work experience.

- Candidates having Second Class Master Degree in Hindi/ Hindi Translation with English as Core/Major /Elective subject at Bachelor Degree level or Second Class Master Degree in English /English Translation with Hindi as Core/Major /Elective subject at Bachelor Degree level.
